ButterThumbs

Ethan is going to be a genius. We have always known this. Some day, he is going to solve a great mystery. Always looking for a new idea, he came up with a great one last weekend.

While we were travelling to Washington DC (for those that read the "Mission: Impossible" post, I failed to mention that we had also travelled to Washington the weekend before), Michelle had gotten everyone a treat that they could eat during the drive. One such item was a ButterFinger, which Ethan really wanted and dug into once he got it in his hand.

His brain got to working when he was presented with his prize.

"Dad, why do they call it a ButterFinger?"

"I don't know, Ethan."

"I think they need to make ButterThumbs, too."

Not being a kid that has ever made any other kid feel isolated, Ethan obviously wanted to make sure all digits were included in the array of offered chocolate bars. Fingers had their niche... he wanted to make sure thumbs had their niche as well. So, with Hershey PA just around the corner, we plan to present this idea to the factory's Top Dog. No one go stealing this idea-- its our's.
